"The hotel allowed early checkin and late checkout. There is a water park attached and water slides in the hotel pools. The food and beverage service was good, The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The animation team provided great entertainment and programs.
I didn’t like that sometime inappropriate music was played which involved cursed words, definitely not appy for family/children.
I did not like the fact that there was only one ladder to get in and out of pool. Need more strategic...
"This is a proper 4-star hotel where everything is built around guests and making sure that every need is satisfied. Although it might feel a bit dated in some places, the rooms and common areas are clean and well looked after. The private grounds are picturesque and have a lot of entertainment to offer. There is also access to small private beach with loungers. "

"Il faut arréte de trompé les gean avec de faux avis tout etait nul a l'arrivée nous étions même pas enregistré il a falu attendre apres la chambre etait bouré d'araignée et de petit lézard yavai une couétte pour 3 mdrr du reclamé 3 foi pour en avoir une de plus le restaurant etait trop petit pour tout le monde on a mangé débout les pizza yavai plus au bout d1 heures!! sur 10 personnes discuter avec tous etait mécontent et se son fai avoir sur de faux avis la picine etai pas sécurisé les tuyaux...
